22nd August 2019  We are a group of doctors concerned about the public health and healthcare situation in Jammu and Kashmir. The Government of India has cut off communication from the 4th of August 2019 including internet, landlines, mobiles, cable television etc. People have found it difficult to access basic health care and emergency services.
